Privacy statement
JLHC BV handles the personal data you share through this website with care and only for answering you. This page explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form, we receive what you fill in: your name, email address, phone number and, if you add them, your company, your message and the details of your event (type, dates, number of guests, room setup and the help you are looking for). When you email us directly, we receive your email and anything you include in it.
The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to discuss your project or event with you and, where it leads to an assignment, to prepare a proposal and carry out the work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Who handles it on our behalf
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the enquiry form.
- Resend delivers the enquiry to our mailbox and sends you a confirmation.
- Our email is hosted in the Netherlands.
These providers process the data only to deliver these services. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as email for as long as we need them to follow up, and no longer than two years after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep the records the Dutch tax rules require for seven years.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable form. Email jl@jlhc.nl and we will respond within a month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and the date below.
